Frigoglass selects Salesforce to power a unified Field Service transformation across 17 countries

Athens, December 18, 2025. Frigoglass, a global leader in beverage coolers and glass packaging, has partnered with Salesforce, the global leader in AI CRM, to modernize and unify its Field Service operations across 17 countries. The initiative is built on Salesforce’s Field Service Management suite, which consolidates technician scheduling, asset management and customer service processes into a single platform, enhancing consistency, efficiency, and operational visibility at scale.
The project represents one of the largest Field Service modernization initiatives in Greece and aims to deliver measurable ROI across Frigoglass’ global operations and major strategic customers, including Coca-Cola, Pepsi and ABInbev.
The new platform integrates advanced logistics and service capabilities, enabling faster service delivery, more accurate spare-parts logistics and delivery management, and optimized technician routing with improved SLA performance. Early projections indicate sigmificant return on investment through reduced operational waste and enhanced customer experience, driven by real-time visibility. By standardizing its operations on Salesforce across the markets it operates in, Frigoglass will strengthen collaboration between teams and provide a unified global view of operations.
