Capacity to accommodate for growth

Nigeria has two plants with three furnaces providing a combined capacity of more than 650 tonnes/day.

Two plastic crates production facilities located within the glass plants in Nigeria with capacity to manufacture more than 5 million crates/year.

One metal crowns production facility in Nigeria with a capacity of more than 3.2 billion crowns/year.

Frigoglass employs over 1,200 people across the 5 manufacturing operations in Nigeria.

With integrated production planning our manufacturing operations in Nigeria provide a unique product offering of crated glass bottles supplied straight to the customer filling line.

Delta Glass became a publicly listed company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (“NSE”).

1995

Frigoglass Industries Nigeria Ltd (“FINL”) established as a legal entity.

1996

Frigoglass Group established as a stand-alone company.

1999

Beta Glass established via the merger of Delta and Guinea Glass.

2002

Second furnace added to Guinea plant.

2011

Frigoglass Group acquired 80% of the share capital of Jebel Ali Glass Container Factory FZE (“Dubai Glass”).

2013

Introduced lightweighing capabilities at Dubai Glass.

2015

Frigoglass Group acquired remaining 20% of the share capital of Jebel Ali Glass Container.

2018

Frigoglass completed the divestment of Dubai Glass manufacturing unit.
