Athens, Greece, 07.12.2023 – Frigoglass Group is proud to announce that it has yet again been awarded the top Platinum EcoVadis sustainability rating with a record-breaking 86%, achieving toprated status for the seventh consecutive year and the Platinum medal for four years in a row. Continuously improving, in 2023 the company has received the ultimate Platinum distinction in each and every one of the four ESG categories rated by EcoVadis: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Sustainable Procurement, and Ethics. And thus, Frigoglass further distances itself from industry peers, extending the lead in outstanding sustainability performance.

Frigoglass Group excelled yet again in the EcoVadis Sustainability Rating, as its score soared to 86%. And more than that, the company continues improving its annual performance as in 2023 it was awarded the four-out-of-four Platinum EcoVadis certificate. Platinum in Environment; Platinum in Labor and Human Rights; Platinum in Sustainable Procurement; Platinum in Ethics; and Platinum in overall performance. This achievement maintains Frigoglass at the top 1% worldwide of companies in the manufacturing of general-purpose machinery, and becomes even more significant and meaningful given that more than 100,000 companies were assessed by EcoVadis this year and only a handful of global leaders scored as high.
