December 15, 2005 FRIGOGLASS S.A.I.C. announces that today December 15th 2005, it reached an agreement for the sale of its shareholding in V.P.I. S.A., i.e. 421,260 shares corresponding to 51% of the share capital, to Selenis Hellas S.A.. Selenis Hellas S.A. is a Greek subsidiary of the Portuguese company Selenis S.G.P.S. S.A., which is one of the leading European producers of Pet resin and part of the Imatosgil Investimentos Group.
