Frigoglass S.A. announces according to Law 3556/2007 (article 3 and article 21) and to the Capital Committee Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 article 11, that Mr. Dimellas Nikolaos Human Resources Director of the Company and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005 sold on 15/10/2010 2.600 shares of the company, of total value 24.261,00 Euros.
