Frigoglass S.A.I.C. (the "Company") announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 article 11 and following receipt of the relevant transaction information on 7 June 2012 that EAGLE ENTERPRISES S.A. (liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005 as Mr Haralambos David, Chairman of Frigoglass BoD, participates in the aforementioned company’s board) acquired on 31/5/2012 29,850 shares of total value 100.037,50 Euros.
