Athens, October 21st, 2011:
Frigoglass announces that Doros Constantinou as of today joins the Board of Directors of the Company as Executive Director, with the responsibility to oversee and to support the transition process following Petros Diamantides’ decision to step down as Chief Executive Officer, effective 31 December 2011.
Mr. Constantinou served as CEO of Frigoglass until August 2003 when he moved to Coca-Cola Hellenic as CEO until his departure in July 2011. He replaces Christos Leventis, who has resigned from the Board of Directors of the company.
